A 4.5-hour immersive landscape painting workshop.
In this guided workshop, I’ll show you the techniques I use in my own work as a professional artist, helping you to build a layered, expressive painting step by step.
Step into the luminous beauty of a spring woodland in this uplifting Half Day Seasonal Landscape Painting Workshop, inspired by carpets of bluebells glowing beneath fresh green canopy light.
In this composition, we’ll capture the magical atmosphere of sunlight filtering through tall woodland trees, illuminating a vibrant blanket of bluebells stretching across the forest floor. The strong vertical rhythm of the tree trunks creates structure and depth, while soft layers of colour and texture bring the woodland scene to life.
To enable the work to be completed within one session, the painting is created on a 29cm x 24cm 3mm MDF board — a beautifully responsive and durable surface that works perfectly with layered acrylic techniques and is ideal for framing, which many participants choose to do after the session. You will still experience the same seasonal inspiration, layered techniques and organic landscape approach that underpin my four-week courses, and as with all layered work, you may wish to continue refining subtle details afterwards at home.
Held in a small, supportive group with a maximum of 6 people, there is plenty of opportunity for individual guidance and one-to-one tuition throughout.
ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED, including quality acrylic paints, brushes and boards.
Suitable for all abilities, including beginners — no technical experience required, just a willingness to explore and enjoy the process.

Payments & Cancellation
- Workshops are paid in full at the time of booking.
- Workshop payments are non-refundable if you cancel or do not attend, as preparation and materials are allocated for you.
As workshops are small and often fully booked, I’m unable to offer refunds or transfers for cancellations made within 10 days, unless the space can be filled.
- If I cancel a session for unforeseen reasons, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

- My studio is located on the first floor, accessible only by stairs.
- Customers with mobility needs must contact me before booking to ensure the workshop is suitable.
