I’ve had the pleasure of teaching many students — here’s a glimpse of some of their feedback. Many feel so inspired by the experience, that they return for additional workshops to continue exploring their creativity, often introducing friends and family who are also inspired to begin their creative journey – it’s addictive, and great for the soul, some have described it as ‘art therapy’!
I have just finished a four week ‘season’ art course with Jo. Great fun, great tuition. All materials and paint were included in her price. We all got almost ‘one to one’ attention from Jo. There were only 5 of us in the course so Jo had time to give each one of us her undivided attention. We all were totally amazed at the quality of the finished painting we produced. That is totally down to Jo’s patience and literally ‘step by step’ guidance. I am definitely signing up for another one of her ‘season’ courses. I am so glad my friend ‘found’ Jo via Facebook. We are both now ‘hooked’. Thank you Jo

It has been such a pleasure having you on board and I’ve loved watching your confidence and style grow across the workshops and latest course you’ve attended.
I’m so glad you enjoyed the relaxed, small-group atmosphere; it’s really important to me that everyone feels supported and receives plenty of individual guidance. Seeing the finished paintings come together, and the surprise and pride on your faces, is always one of the most rewarding parts of teaching.

Having tried a few of Jo’s taster workshops, I plucked up the courage to enrol on a month Landscape Painting class. Now I’ve really got the bug! Jo is such a brilliant artist and I feel so lucky she is prepared to share all her techniques with us, in a very easy to follow, step by step format. ‘ONE DAY CONTEMPORARY FLORAL PAINTING WORKSHOP’
I would highly recommend this workshop! Jo mentored us through every stage of our contemporary floral painting and was so generous to share many of her own skillful techniques. (Her own beautiful art is displayed everywhere and makes an inspiring backdrop to work in). We were a group of 5 which was a perfect number – making it relaxed yet focused – and Jo provided everything we needed for the day. So pleased with my finished piece! We had a lovely day yesterday on Jo’s contemporary floral workshop. Jo was lovely and welcoming and clearly showed us step by step what we needed to do to create our own painting to take home with us. Her artwork is simply beautiful and to be able to learn some techniques from a talented artist like her felt like a real treat. Thoroughly enjoyed my wildflower meadow painting day with Jo, it was jam-packed with tips and techniques I’d not tried before. Jo gave us all the confidence to have a go and the results were amazing! I can’t wait to put everything I learned into practice at home. Relaxed and fun day, and Jo is a very talented artist, would definitely recommend

‘TASTER ABSTRACT WILDFLOWER PAINTING WORKSHOP’
I was invited by my friend to attend the highly recommended acrylic painting workshop and I was not disappointed, it was so good. Learning the techniques from Jo who is a talented artist, whilst sharing the experience with others was so enjoyable. Jo provided everything required and to come away with my wild flower painting was a delightful bonus! I look forward to returning!
