Full Afternoon Landscape Painting Workshop
A 4½ hour immersive landscape painting workshop.
Join me for an inspiring afternoon of landscape painting as we capture the warmth and beauty of a sunlit summer meadow filled with wild daisies, cornflowers and glowing evening light.
This immersive workshop is inspired by the changing English countryside and focuses on the techniques I use in my own landscape paintings to create atmosphere, depth and luminosity. Working on a 30cm x 25cm board, you’ll learn how to build a landscape using layered acrylic techniques, expressive mark-making, colour harmony and subtle light effects.
With a maximum of just five participants, you’ll benefit from plenty of individual guidance and support throughout the session.
Suitable for beginners and more experienced painters alike, this workshop offers a relaxed and supportive environment where you can develop new skills while creating your own atmospheric summer landscape to take home.
All materials are included, along with tea, coffee, and light refreshments. As this is a continuous 4½-hour session, there won’t be a formal lunch break, but you’re very welcome to bring sandwiches or snacks to eat during the workshop.
By the end of the session, you’ll have created your own landscape and gained techniques you can continue to develop in your own work.
